Every year, Great Place To Work compiles a list of Canada’s best places for Canadian women to work specifically. The 2019 edition came out yesterday, naming the 50 top employers for female workers in this country.
According to GPTW, the companies on this list must “be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90 percent of employees agree that their workplace is safe and people are treated fairly regardless of their gender.”
The best are then selected based on the overall Trust Index score from female respondents, as well as their programs and practices that promote the fair treatment and advancement of women.
